KENNETT SQUARE — The Market at Liberty Place in Kennett Square announced this week that KebaBurritos, a Mexiterranean Grill, will be opening in early May.
Owner and operator, Carlos Vargas, will be offering traditional Doner Kebabs with Chicken, Beef, Pork, Falafel, Shrimp, and Grilled Veggy options. Customers can enjoy this meat, which will be cooked on a rotating, vertical broiler and sliced in front of guests.
KebaBurritos will offer Mexican and Mediterranean wraps, bowls, salads, tacos, nachos, quesadillas, and fajitas. In addition, a number of Mediterranean and Mexican appetizers including but not limited to hummus, mediterranean pico, spanakopita eggrolls, falafel, feta and olives, grilled skewers, maza, guacamole, pico de gallo, queso, empanadas, southwest eggrolls, and samplers will make for great first courses. Aguas frescas, mexican sodas, baklava, and pineapple flan brulee will be the beverage and dessert options. A variety of menu items and daily specials will highlight a grab and go case for easy carry out.
Vargas said that KebaBurritos is a fresh, healthy, vegetarian friendly restaurant that looks forward to opening soon.
