KENNETT SQUARE — Borough police report the following incidents in recent days:

• Theft — Kennett Square Police are investigating a report of theft that occurred sometime between 1:00 AM and 12:10 PM on Saturday, 2/11/12. During that time a vehicle parked in the 100 block of North Walnut Street was broken into. The rear window was smashed and prescription medications, two jackets, and car keys were stolen. The investigation continues.

• DUI — KSPD arrested Omar Cordova, 22, of Kennett Square and charged him with DUI following a traffic stop on Friday, 2/10/12, at 8:30 PM at South Walnut and Birch Streets. Cordova was released to his residence pending summons from District Court.

• Drug Possession — Police arrested Jose Torres-Cortez, 21, of Kennett Square and charged him with Possession of Marijuana on Tuesday, 2/7/12, at 2:11 PM in the 100 block of East South Street.  Torres-Cortez was video-arraigned by the on-call District Court and released on $500 cash bail.

• Graffiti — While on patrol on Friday, 2/10/12, at 3:40 AM, Police observed graffiti spray-painted on a building in the 500 block South Union Street. The investigation continues.

• Outstanding Warrant — Kennett Square PD detained Charles Lawson, 20, of Oxford, for an outstanding non-traffic warrant on Thursday, 2/9/12, at 9:44 AM in the 500 block of Magnolia Street. Lawson was transported to District Court and released.

• Criminal Mischief — Police are investigating a report of criminal mischief.  Sometime overnight on Monday, 2/6/12, two buildings in the 500 block South Walnut Street were spray-painted with graffiti.

• Drug Possession — Kennett Square PD detained Collin Campbell, 18, of Kennett Square for two non-traffic warrants on Friday, 2/3/12, at 3:41 PM in the 100 of block West South Street. During a search prior to arrest, Campbell was reportedly found to be in possession of Marijuana. He was released pending summons from District Court.

• Outstanding Warrant — Kennett Police detained Luis Leon, 26, of Kennett Square for an outstanding criminal warrant on Tuesday, 1/31/12, at 11:56 AM in the 400 block of West Sickle Street.  Leon was transferred to the New Garden Police Department.

• DUI — Kennett Square PD arrested Bartolo Venegas-Rojas, 22, of Avondale and charged him with DUI following a traffic stop on Monday, 1/30/12, at 8:25 PM in the 200 block of East South Street.  Venegas-Rojas was released to a friend pending summons from District Court.

• DUI — Kennett Square PD arrested Armando Hernandez-Popoca, 25, of Avondale and charged him with DUI following a traffic stop on Sunday, 1/29/12, at 10:15 PM in the 600 block of South Walnut Street.  Hernandez-Popoca was released to a friend pending summons from District Court.

• DUI — Kennett Square Police arrested Alexandra Beuchler, 24, of Chadds Ford and charged her with DUI following a traffic stop on Sunday, 1/29/12, at 1:39 AM in the 500 block of East South Street.  Beuchler was released at her residence pending summons from District Court.

• DUI — KSPD arrested William Eastman, 33, of Kennett Square and charged him with DUI following a traffic stop on Thursday, 1/26/12, at 1:40 AM on West State Street and North Mill Road.  Eastman was released to his residence pending summons from District Court.

• Curfew Violation — Kennett Square PD cited a 17-year-old male from Kennett Square for curfew violations on Monday, 1/23/12, at 2:29 AM in the 100 block East State Street. The juvenile was released to a parent.

• Criminal Mischief — Kennett Police cited a 14-year-old male from Kennett Square and a 12-year-old male, from West Grove for an incident that occurred on Friday, 1/20/12, at 8:45 PM in the 200 block of Marshall Street. The juveniles had smashed a resident’s patio lamps. They were released to parents.
