Kenneth E. Barber Kenneth E. Barber, age 80, of New Holland, Pennsylvania, formerly of Kennett Square, Pa, passed away peacefully on September 27th, 2016, at his home with his wife Janice by his side and surrounded by his loving family.  Born in West Chester Pa, he was the son of the late Ruth and Roland Barber.
