Nancy Watson Nancy Watson, age 69, of Millsboro, DE passed away on October 4, 2016 at the Delaware Hospice Center. She was the wife of Robert S. Watson, with whom she celebrated 50 years of marriage with this past August. Born in West Chester, PA, she is the daughter of the late Russell Howell and Thelma Howell.
