The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced the following roadwork in the area for the upcoming week so that motorists can anticipate travel delays.
Crews will be working on utility installation on Kennett Pike in Kennett Township on Wednesday, Jan. 29, and Thursday, Jan. 30, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Lane restrictions will be in effect between Maple Lane and Hamorton Cutoff Road.
Wawaset Road in Pocopson Township between Lenape-Unionville and Corinne Roads will be closed until Sept. 26 for road reconstruction. Detours are posted.
