Volunteers needed for collaborative effort on March 29
Kennett Township would like residents to mark their calendars for the annual township cleanup in conjunction with the Red Clay Valley Association on Saturday, March 29, beginning at 8 a.m.
Volunteers are needed and can meet at Ashland Nature Center, Anson B. Nixon Park, Kennett Area Community Pool, or the Kennett Township Maintenance Garage. Residents are also welcome to call Kennett Township Roadmaster Roger Lysle, at (610) 444-5130 to be assigned a road.
Gloves, vests and bags are available at the Kennett Township Building (801 Burrows Run Road) or the Maintenance Garage (557 Bayard Road).
