Drinking Charges — The Kennett Square Police cited Jose Quitana, 19 of Kennett Square for alleged underage drinking on Friday, August 15, at 10:15 PM in the 200 block West South Street. Quitana was released at his residence.

Burglary Kennett Square Police say they arrested Sean Gallagher, 26 from Nottingham for burglary, criminal conspiracy, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and possessing instruments of crime on Sunday, August 28 at 2 AM in the 400 block West Mulberry Street.  Gallagher was video arraigned and unable to post $25,000 bail. He was remanded to Chester County Prison.

Vandalism — Police are investigating a report of criminal mischief issued sometime overnight on Sunday, August 28 concerning two windows shattered on a vehicle parked in the 100 block Race Street. The investigation continues.

• Traffic Warrants —Police detained Luis Leon, 25 of Kennett Square for outstanding traffic and non-traffic warrants on Tuesday, August 30 at 2:05 PM in the 500 block Center Street. Leon was released to constables.

• DUI Kennett Square Police say they arrested Genaro Aguilera-Valdez, 22 of Kennett Square for DUI on Tuesday, August 30 at 11:00 PM following an accident in the 300 block North Union Street. Aguilera-Valdez was released at his residence pending summons from district court.

• Non-Traffic Warrants — Kennett Square Police detained Luis Magana, 20 of Kennett Square for an outstanding non-traffic warrant on Wednesday, August 31 at 11:55 AM in the 500 block Center Street.  Magana was released to constables.

• BB Shooting On Saturday, August 27 at 4:15 PM, Police received the report of a vehicle traveling in the 100 block West Linden Street being struck several times with BBs, causing damage to the vehicle.

The following Monday at noon, Police received another report of a vehicle traveling in the 100 block North Union Street being struck several times with BBs, breaking the rear window and shattering another.

On Wednesday, August 31 at 9:15 AM, Police received a report from local businessman Clayton Wood who stated that while traveling in the 100 block North Union Street, his vehicle was struck with a BB causing damage to the vehicle. Police, acting on a tip from Wood, apprehended the suspect, a 15-year-old Male from Avondale, PA, allegedly shooting a BB gun from the window of an apartment located in the 100 block of North Union Street.

The Juvenile has been referred to the Juvenile Probation Department and was released to his parents.
