Police said Alfredo Arizaga, 20, approached a man on the 500 block of Buena Vista Drive, who police did not identify, and told him “you’re dead” and then punched him in the face and neck when the man attempted to flee. Once police arrived on the scene, they said they were able to locate Arizaga. Police said Arizaga admitted to drinking and punching the victim in the face.  Police report a witness saw and heard the incident from an upstairs window. Arizaga was taken into custody for simple assault and terroristic threats.
