The Serafin String Quartet
KENNETT SQUARE — The Kennett Flash will present the final concert of the “Sip and Savor with the Serafins” Wednesday evening series on December 3 at 7:30 p.m. The highly acclaimed Serafin String Quartet will perform “Viennese Classical Roots,” a one-hour themed collage featuring Mozart Quartet in d minor with samples from Haydn and Beethoven.
The program will explore how the roots of classicism, as evident in Haydn and Mozart, may not really be so far away from the intensity and emotion more often identified with “Romanticism.”
