To The Editor:
Kennett Township Supervisor Allan Falcoff has already spent $14,000 of your tax money and will spend upwards of $60,000, in order to contest the ruling of the Hearing Officer in the Right To Know request. Mr. Falcoff directed the Township Solicitor to file suit in Common Pleas court to appeal the decision of the Hearing Officer which ordered Kennett Township to release the requested financial transactions information to the public.
Mr. Falcoff is attempting to delay disclosure of the financial records until after the election in an obvious effort to prevent anyone from seeing the damaging information about Township finances and your tax money. This cover-up is an outrage!
Scudder Stevens believes you have the Right To Know. That is the why I am voting for Scudder Stevens for Supervisor on Nov. 8
