WILMINGTON, DE – Saint Francis Healthcare is proud to announce that Sandra Mancilla, M.D., has joined the Family Medicine Department. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Dr. Mancilla is a compassionate physician with extensive experience in outpatient and community medicine. She will be caring for patients in a new office location, Metroform Medical Complex at 620 Stanton-Christiana Road in Newark, Del., expanding Saint Francis Healthcare’s family medicine footprint. New patients are being accepted and appointments can be made by calling 302.660.7333.

Dr. Sandra Mancilla

Prior to joining Saint Francis Healthcare, Dr. Mancilla practiced family medicine at Penn Family New Garden which is a Kennett Square-based practice affiliated with Chester County Hospital. She also served as a workman’s compensation specialist at a family medical practice in Los Angeles, California.

Dr. Mancilla completed her residency and internship in family medicine at Saint Francis Healthcare and completed an additional internship at General Military Hospital in Guadalajara, Mexico. She received her medical degree from Universidad Auto noma de Guadalajara in Mexico. Dr. Mancilla has active medical licenses in Delaware and Pennsylvania, and she is board certified in family medicine.
