KENNETT SQUARE — The Kennett Square Police Department reports the following reports of police activity were filed last week:
• Public Drunkenness — Kennett Square PD cited Gabriel Cruz, 45, and Martin Rodriguez Gonzalez, 45, both of Kennett Square, for Public Drunkenness on Wednesday, 11/16/11 at 10:25 AM at South Walnut Street and East Cope Road.
• Theft — On Tuesday, 11/15/11, a victim reported to Police that on Friday 11/4/11 between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM, the door lock on his vehicle was punched and cash was stolen from his wallet. Vehicle was parked in the 100 block Race Street. Kennett Square police are investigating.
• Theft — Sometime between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM on Tuesday, 11/15/11, a bicycle was reported stolen from the 100 block Race Street. Bicycle was recovered later at the intersection of East South Street & Taylor Street. The investigation continues.
• Criminal Mischief — Sometime between 8:50 PM and 8:55 PM, large rocks were thrown through a fence located in the 600 block Meadow Creek Lane. The investigation continues.
• Curfew Violation — Kennett Square PD cited three 16-year-old Males, all of Kennett Square, for curfew violation on Sunday, 11/13/11 at 12:41 AM in the 700 block Lafayette Street.
• Graffiti — While on patrol on Saturday, 11/12/11 at 2:00 PM, a Kennett Square Police officer discovered graffiti spray-painted on a garage located in the 400 block Chestnut Alley. The investigation continues.
• DUI — Kennett Square PD arrested Jose Mora, 39 of Avondale, for DUI on Thursday 11/10/11 at 10:27 PM in the 100 block Center Street. Mora was released to a constable for an outstanding bench warrant.
• Theft — Between 4:20 PM and 4:30 PM on Wednesday, 11/9/11 an iPod was reported stolen from an unsecured locker at a business located in the 100 block Race Street. The investigation continues.
• Criminal Mischief — Sometime overnight on Monday, 11/7/11 the front and rear windshields were smashed on a vehicle parked in the 100 block of Race Street. Kennett Square PD are investigating.
