Antonio “Gin” Rosario, age 70, of Kennett Square, PA, passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2016,at the Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill, PA. He was the husband of Aida Bonilla Sanchez, with whom he shared 43 years of marriage.
Born in Maricao, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Dolores Rosado and Eugenia Rivera.
He had worked in the mushroom industry for many years.
Gin enjoyed playing cards, Dominoes, cooking, gardening, bar-b-queing, old Spanish music, and being with his family and friends, especially his grand children.
He was a member of St. Patrick Church.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, Miguel Rosado and his wife Lydoris of Lancaster, PA; three daughters, Claribel Gomez and her husband Mario of West Grove, PA, Aida Rosado and her husband Esteban Rosales of West Grove, PA and Lucero Rosado of Kennett Square, PA; eight grandchildren, Jordan, Cheyla, Jonathan, Selena, Myraida, Esteban, Xavier and Zaimarie; four brothers and three sisters.
You are invited to visit with his family and friends from 10:00 to 12:00 on Monday morning, August 22, 2016 at St. Rocco Catholic Church, 333 Sunny Dell Road, Avondale, PA. His Funeral Mass will follow at 12:00. Burial will be in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Route 82, Kennett Square, PA.
