JD Power awards on display, big raffle prizes offered
POCOPSON — Brandywine Ace, Pet & Farm, 1150 Pocopson Rd., West Chester, is hosting a customer appreciation event, Saturday, September 3, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to celebrate Ace Hardware once again being ranked “Highest in Customer Satisfaction among Home Improvement Retail Stores” by J.D. Power. This marks the tenth consecutive year that Ace has received this rating, which is based on independent and unbiased feedback from customers.
During the week leading up to the celebration, customers at Brandywine Ace, Pet & Farm will receive one raffle ticket for every $10 of merchandise purchased. It is their choice as to which of the 10 great raffles they want to enter. Prizes include a Trager Grill ($499.99 value), DeWalt 20V MAX Radio ($179.99 value), Mikita Circular Saw ($119.99 value) and Weber Spirit E-210 Grill ($399.99 value).
Plus, Brandywine Ace, Pet & Farm will be the focus of the J.D. Power Award Neighborhood Tour. Friends and neighbors are invited to stop by and be a part of the cross-country tour celebrating Ace’s achievement of sweeping all 10 J.D. Power trophies – which will be on display at the store all day. In all, the tour will be visiting over 35 states and more than 175 neighborhood Ace Hardware stores between July 2016 and April 2017, covering over 35,000 miles.

Visitors on Saturday, September 3 will also have the opportunity to “Spin the Wheel” to win additional prizes. Plus, there will be refreshments in the store and the famed Punk’d Pineapple Ice Cream Shop will have their truck outside.
Ace Hardware has received the ranking of “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Home Improvement Retail Stores” ever since J.D. Power began this study. The study is based on responses from nearly 3,000 consumers who purchased home improvement products or services in the previous 12 months. Ace Hardware ranked highest among major retailers with an overall satisfaction index score of 810 on a 1,000-point scale.
