Happy New Year! I hope that you all had a glorious holiday break. It went too fast, in my opinion. To ease the blow of being back to reality, I threw in a bonus 2 for my Super Six January edition!

Here we go…

  • Mother Denim in Warm Ivory: White denim is a spring/summer staple, right? Well, warm ivory is the key to wearing this wardrobe essential in the colder months. I love pairing these jeans with a beige sweater for a monochromatic look. Grab your size at No.109 Shop in Kennett Square. {109 W. State Street, Kennett Square}
  • White Subway Tile/ Marble Floor Tile: Our master bathroom renovation is officially underway! It’s very messy (but exciting). I have been scouring Pinterest for more hours than I care to admit. BUT, it is the best way to get ideas for home decor projects. I realize that everyone updating a bathroom in 2017 is choosing a grey and white color palette and I hate to jump on the bandwagon…but, it’s just soooo pretty! Now, I am focused on finding unique, little touches that I hope will make the room feel special. I found our marble tile for a great price here: http://bit.ly/2iQ3unJ
  • Sam Edelman “Leya” Faux Fur Laceless Sneaker: OK, several girlfriends have said “no” to this one. I don’t care. I love it. I love the color. I love the suede. I love the

pom-pom. I LOVE IT ALL. I would buy them…except that I tried them on and looked like Elmo. But, there may be others of you out there who are cool enough to rock these.

Please, let me know if you can. *big sigh* Order here: http://bit.ly/2i4Mk7n

  • White manicure: My latest mani obsession, the white nail. The key is making sure that you put, at least, one coat of a sheer, neutral pink so that it doesn’t look like White Out. (Do young people even know what White Out is? Did I just say “young people”? Yikes) Anyway, it’s the polar opposite of my usual black polish and I dig it. Try it for yourself at My Polished Salon in Kennett Square. {112 S. Union Street, Kennett Square}
  • Jo Malone Perfume in Basil and Neroli: Here’s the description on the website: “London at its most fashionably young and fun. Flirt with oh-so floral neroli and a delicious wink of basil. Quintessentially British, always playful. Fresh, fun, full of adventure.” I mean, replace London with Kennett Square and it sounds like my mantra for 2017! Cheeky. I received a bottle for Christmas from my sister and have gotten countless compliments. Click here: http://bit.ly/2iUrvwj
  • Three Wishes by Liane Moriarty: I am (FINALLY) in my last semester of graduate school! I could not be happier. It seems like forever ago that I could sit down and read a book for pleasure. I have a list as long as my arm and this is one of the selections at the

very top. If you have never read anything by this author, you are missing out. Personally, I prefer to checkout from the library…but, here is the link to order : http://amzn.to/2i1k1YT

  • Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce on BRAVO: I have written about Girlfriends’ Guide in past Super Six articles…but, just wanted to give a heads up to the fact that the new season debuts this Wednesday, January 11th. I live for the writing on this show. It’s smart, funny, and a little bit sexy. Here’s the trailer: http://bravo.ly/2i2NigP
  • Tata Harper Purifying Mask: This mask is consistently rated as the best by beauty editors everywhere. Therefore, it must be true! One of my resolutions for 2017 is to start incorporating more natural products into my skincare regime. And, according to the packaging, it fights the visible signs of aging caused by environmental stressors AND minimizes pores. Yes, please. Get your mask at Houppette Boutique {101 W. State Street, Kennett Square}

I missed sharing my thoughts with all of you these past 2 weeks…but, it was very nice to have some (much needed) down time with my family. Enjoy these Super {Eight} suggestions and feel free to share yours in the Comment section below!

Happy January!
