Fund for Women and Girls adds new staffers

WEST CHESTER — The Chester County Fund for Women and Girls (CCFWG) welcomed two seasoned professionals, Cynthia Jaros and Maeve Kelly, to its dedicated and growing staff.

In her new role as Development Director, Cynthia will direct and support CCFWG’s development program, including building relationships with community stakeholders to advance the mission and resource development goals of the organization. She brings with her 20 years of development experience, and previously served as director of development and marketing at the Brandywine Red Clay Alliance. A Chester County native, Cynthia graduated from Villa Maria Academy, holds a bachelor of science degree from Rutgers University and serves as a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Maeve Kelly

Maeve joins the team as Communications and Program Associate, bringing with her five years of professional experience in writing, communications and content creation. Prior to joining CCFWG, Maeve served as marketing communications associate at Ramboll Environ. In her new position, she will coordinate the Girls Advisory Board (GAB) and provide communications support for CCFWG’s educational, advocacy and grantmaking efforts throughout Chester County. As the graduate of a women’s college, Maeve is
