KENNETT SQUARE — Borough police report the following police reports in recent days:
• DUI — Kennett Square Police arrested Juan Juarez Gutierrez, 40, of Wilmington, DE and charged him with DUI following a traffic stop on Sunday 3/4/12 at 10:15 PM in the 500 block of West State Street. Juarez-Gutierrez was released pending summons from District Court.
• Drug Possession — The Kennett Square PD arrested Adbel Molina-Rosario, 23, of Kennett Square who was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Sunday 3/4/12 at 9:20 PM in the 200 block of South Walnut Street. Molina-Rosario was released at his residence pending summons from District Court.
• DUI — Kennett Police arrested Oscar Jacome-Sanchez, 22 of Lincoln University who was charged with DUI following a traffic stop on Saturday 3/3/12 at 7:57 PM in the 400 block of Meredith Street. Jacome-Sanchez was released to a relative pending summons from District Court.
• Public Drunkenness — Kennett Square PD cited Kristen Flannery, 38 of Kennett Square for Public Drunkenness on Friday 3/2/12 at 8:55 PM in the 200 block of East State Street.
• DUI — Kennett Square Police arrested Jorge Guzman-Diaz, 42 of Kennett Square, PA, whp was charged with DUI following a traffic stop on Thursday 3/1/12 at 11:05 PM in the 100 block of South Walnut Street. Guzman-Diaz was released to a friend pending summons from District Court.
• Public Drunkenness — The Kennett Square Police Department cited Jose MERCADO, 56, Kennett Square, PA, for Public Drunkenness on Friday 2/24/12 at 8:15 PM at West Mulberry Street and Chestnut Alley.
• DUI — Kennett Square Police arrested Jesus Luna-Bello, 23 of Kennett Square who was charged with DUI following a traffic stop on Friday 2/24/12 at 10:30 PM in the 300 block of North Mill Road. Luna-Bello was released to a family member pending summons from District Court.
• DUI — Kennett Square Police arrested Thomas O’Neill, 32 of West Grove who was charged with DUI following a traffic stop on Saturday 2/18/12 at 1:25 AM in the 500 block of North Walnut Street. O’Neill was released at his residence pending summons from District Court.
• Identity Theft — Police are investigating a report of Identity Theft. A resident of the 600 block of South Broad Street reported that on 2/4/12, or an approximate date, someone opened a PayPal/BillMeLater account under their name. The investigation continues.
• Jewelry Returned — Two pieces of jewelry, one ring and one broach, were found and turned in to the Kennett Square Police Department. Please call 610-444-0501 to identify and claim.
