KENNETT SQUARE — Borough police report the following recent incidents:
● Theft — Police are investigating a report of theft that occurred sometime between Sunday, 3/4/12 and Sunday, 3/25/12. During that time, costume jewelry was stolen from a business located in the 100 block East State Street. The investigation continues.
● Criminal Mischief — Kennett Police are investigating a report of criminal mischief that occurred sometime between 12:30 AM and 9:40 AM on Saturday, 3/24/12. Two tires were found slashed on a vehicle parked in the 800 block Park Avenue. The investigation continues.
● Warrants — Kennett Square PD detained Charles “Ricky” Jackson III, 22 of Kennett Square on outstanding non-traffic warrants on Friday, 3/23/12 at 7:57 PM in the 100 block West State Street. Jackson was released to New Garden Police.
● Warrants — Kennett Square Police detained Ira Clark, 44 of West Chester on an arrest warrant on Friday, 3/23/12 at 11:10 AM in the 500 block Magnolia Street. Clark was released to West Whiteland Police.
● DUI — Kennett Square PD arrested Rogelio Sanchez-Quiroz, 27 of Kennett Square and charged him with DUI following a traffic stop on Monday 3/19/12 at 9:28 PM in the 500 block East State Street. Sanchez-Quiroz was released at his residence pending summons from District Court.
● DUI — The Kennett Square Police Department arrested Traci Scherbinski, 37 of Cochranville and charged her with DUI following a traffic accident on Saturday, 3/17/12 at 9:30 PM on North Union Street south of Fairthorne. Scherbinski was released to a friend pending summons from District Court.
● Underage Drinking — Police cited a 17-year-old male from Kennett Square for underage drinking and curfew violation on Saturday, 3/17/12 at 2:16 AM in the 500 block South Union Street. The juvenile was released at his residence to a parent.
● DUI — Kennett Square Police arrested Shanna Rivera, 28 of Middletown, DE, and charged him with DUI following a traffic stop on Saturday, 3/17/12 at 2:52 AM in the 300 block East State Street. RIVERA was released to a parent pending summons from District Court.
● Criminal Warrant — The Kennett Square Police Department detained Charles Fields, 27 of Kennett Square on a criminal warrant on Friday, 3/16/12 at 7:48 PM in the 300 block North Walnut Street. Fields was released to Pennsylvania State Police.
● Drug Possession — Kennett Square PD arrested Roman Reyes-Tellez, 21 of Wilmington, DE and charged him with Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Tuesday, 3/13/12 at 9:24 PM in the 100 block of West Cedar Street. Reyes-Tellez was released pending summons from District Court.
● Traffic Warrant — Kennett Square Police detained Jonathan Gomez-Rivera, 22 of Kennett Square on a traffic warrant on Monday 3/12/12 at 9:11 PM in the 700 block Lafayette Street. Gomez-Rivera was released to constables.
● Disorderly Conduct — Kennett Square Police cited Jaime Zavala-Romero, 22 of Oxford for Disorderly Conduct following a traffic stop on Sunday, 3/11/12 at 3:43 PM in the 100 block Scarlett Avenue.
