WEST CHESTER — Rep. Carolyn Comitta announced her bid for reelection for the Pennsylvania State House seat in the 156th District in front of a room full of supporters at Teca Restaurant in West Chester.
“I am grateful every day to have the opportunity to serve as your State Rep. and so tonight, with gratitude, dedication, hope and joy I announce the launch of my re-election campaign for State Representative!” Comitta exclaimed.
The 156th District includes West Chester Borough, East Goshen, Westtown, Birmingham, Thornbury and part of West Goshen Township.
“As I seek a third term as your State Rep, I pledge to you that I will always listen. And I pledge I will continue to do everything I can to bring people together to improve things for our precious children, our seniors, our families, our businesses, our workers, our non-profits, and our community.”
Comitta is a member of the Women’s Caucus and was appointed by Gov. Wolf to the PA Women’s Commission. She is also a member of the PA SAFE Caucus, Appropriations, Policy Committee, Environmental Resources and Energy and Aging and Older Adult Services Committee. Comitta serves as the Vice Chair of the Southeast Delegation and Vice Chair of the Climate Caucus.
