KENNETT SQUARE — Borough police report the following incident reports:
Assault — On Wednesday 6/13/12, Kennett Square Police arrested Walter “Scotty” Stevenson, 36, of Kennett Square for Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats, Harassment and Reckless Endangering another Person for an incident that occurred on Monday 6/11/12 at 9 PM in the 300 block of East Linden Street. Stevenson was arraigned at Kennett District Court and released on $5000 unsecured bail.
Curfew Violation — Kennett Square PD cited a 12-year-old male, a 15-year-old male and a 17-year-old male, all of Kennett Square for Curfew Violation on Thursday, 6/14/12 at 2:18 AM in the 200 block of South Walnut Street.
Drug Possession — Kennett Square PD arrested Etienne Randolph, 30, of Kennett Square for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana on Thursday, 6/14/12 at 7:00 PM in the 200 block of East Linden Street. Randolph was video-arraigned by the on-call District Court. Bail was set at $25,000, 10%. Unable to post bail, Randolph was released to constables for transport to Chester County Prison.
DUI — Kennett Square PD arrested William Flores, 21, Kennett Square for DUI on Saturday 6/16/12 at 9:56AM at Oak Avenue and South Mill Road. Flores was released at his residence pending summons from District Court.
DUI — Kennett Square Police arrested Marco Ayllon, 32, of Kennett Square for DUI, traffic offenses, and False ID following a traffic stop on Friday 6/22/12 at 9:18 PM in the 700 block of Meredith Street. Ayllon was released at his residence pending summons from District Court.
Public Drunkenness — Kennett Police cited Ramon Flores, 39, of Kennett Square for Public Drunkenness on Saturday 6/23/12 at 7:47 PM in the 500 block South Broad Street. Flores was released at his residence.
Disorderly Conduct— Kennett Square PD cited a 17-year-old male of Kennett Square for Disorderly Conduct for an incident that occurred on Monday 6/25/12 at 3:05 PM at West South and Center Streets. The juvenile was released to a parent.
