The City of Coatesville unveiled its new website, which is now live, to the public during the December 11 City Council meeting. The improved design provides more accessible interaction, intuitive navigation and improved efficiency so users are only a few clicks away from resources and information on the most commonly requested services. “After considering feedback from residents, property owners and businesses, we focused on providing easy access to the most-requested resources including transit, parking, trash and recycling, resident living, parks and recreation, business services and more,” says Roberta Cosentino, Assistant City Manager. “The new site is packed with relevant information for those living and working in the City, as well as for visitors, and is translated into five languages to improve accessibility.”

An online chat feature helps users find what they are looking for. A Resource Directory and a section dedicated to the business community provide a step-by-step flow chart to help those seeking to do business in the City. RFP and RFQ sections are also easy to access. A comprehensive calendar provides updated information for events and happenings in the City.

“Our goal is to provide support, guidance and resources, while keeping all interested parties up to date on events and news,” says Cosentino.

The new site was designed and implemented by Rubi Digital, located in Coatesville.
