Police: 19-year-old, 15-year-old, two 14-year-olds arrested

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAOn Oct. 16 at 10:05 a.m., Kennett Square Police arrested four male teens from Kennett Square on drug charges in the 500 block of South Union Street under the overpass, police said. Jose Gutierrez-Quintino, 19, faces charges that include possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, and scattering rubbish, police said.

Gutierrez-Quintino was arraigned at Kennett district court and transported to Chester County Prison after failing to post $5,000 cash bail, police said. Two 14-year-old males and a 15-year-old male were released to their parents, pending the same charges, which were filed with juvenile authorities, police said.

Jacob Wagner, 18, of Kennett Square, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Oct. 9 at 8:29 a.m. on East South Street, police said, adding that Wagner was released pending a summons from district court.

On Oct. 10 at 10:15 a.m., Kennett Square Police said a diabetic test kit found at the intersection of East State and North Union Streets was turned in at the police station.
