Bi-monthly meetings focus on improving quality-of-life issues

ImageThe venue is new, but the bi-monthly effort to improve the community is well-established. The public is invited to join a group of Kennett-area citizens committed to “Bridging the Community” on Wednesday, Nov. 13, at 7 p.m. at The Market at Liberty Place.

This community group, which has been meeting for more than 15 years, promotes the philosophy of creating a peaceful, progressive and inclusive community.  Meetings offer an opportunity to share news about all the elements of the town to promote businesses, resources, and needs.  For more information, call 610-717-2180.

Minutes of  “Bridging the Community” meetings are available at www.bridgingcommunity.com or at the Kennett Library.  Meeting sites rotate to provide exposure to all segments of the community. The Market at Liberty Place, an emporium of eateries and specialty shops, is located at 148 W. State St., Kennett Square, 19348
