West Chester Downtown Foundation Issues $20,000 in grant awards to local non-profits

WEST CHESTER  — On October 17th, 2019 the West Chester Downtown Foundation (WCDF) hosted their 9th annual West Chester Preservation Awards Ceremony at the Chester County Historical Society in downtown West Chester, PA. During this ceremony the Foundation announced its fifth consecutive year of grant awardees.

Chester County Library named Library of the Year

EXTON —The Pennsylvania Library Association named the Chester County Library as “Library of the Year” Tuesday during the association’s annual conference in Erie, Pennsylvania. The Chester County Library is the second in Pennsylvania to receive this statewide award. The designation comes on the heels of the library’s recent award as a PA Forward Gold Star Library.
