Bobby Ray Harper Bobby Ray Harper, age 52, of Toughkenamon, PA, passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2016, at the Christiana Hospital. Born in West Grove, PA, he was the son of Nell Hodge Harper of Toughkenamon, PA, and the late Junior Ray Harper. Bob was a member of the Men’s Auxiliary, at the Hockessin VFW Post 5892.
