Joanne Parsons Barker, age 85, of Kennett Square, PA, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2016, at Neighborhood Hospice, West Chester, PA. She was the wife of Wade H. Barker, with whom she shared 64 years of marriage. Born in Kennett Square, PA, she was the daughter of the late Newton and Ruth Loller Parsons.
