\"\"<\/a>KENNETT SQUARE \u2014 Borough police are investigating a theft report issued on Friday, 8\/12\/11 at 4:00 PM. The victim, a resident of the 500 block Las Rosas Drive, gave a vehicle\u2014a 2001 Chevrolet Impala, silver in color, bearing PA registration HSX-9993\u2014to the suspect to work on. On Monday,8\/15\/11, the victim reported to the Police that he\/she has been calling the suspect repeatedly but was unable to get a response. The vehicle remains unaccounted for as the investigation continues<\/span><\/p>\n

SODA TAKEN<\/strong> \u2022 Police are investigating a theft reported on Monday, 8\/15\/11, at 11:30 AM. \u00a0A 12-pack of Coca-Cola cans was reported stolen from a delivery truck in the 500 block of South Union Street.\u00a0 The suspect is described as a white male, in his teens, wearing a light-colored shirt, light-colored shorts, baseball cap, with shaggy dirty blonde hair, carrying a black backpack and a skateboard. The Investigation continues.<\/span><\/p>\n

CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, POSSESSION<\/strong> \u2022 Kennett Square PD cited two 16-year-old males from Kennett Square for criminal trespassing on Sunday, 8\/14\/11, at 8:08 PM in the 500 block of East Cypress Street. A 14-year-old Kennett Square male will be referred to Juvenile authorities for possession of a controlled substance. All Juveniles were released to relatives.<\/span><\/p>\n

ARREST ON WARRANT<\/strong> \u2022 Kennett Square PD detained Julian Tapia, 46, of Kennett Square for an outstanding bench warrant out of Lancaster County on Monday, 8\/15\/11, at 1:10 PM at East State & Race Streets. Tapia was subsequently transported to Chester County Prison.<\/span><\/p>\n

THEFT<\/strong> \u2022 Police are investigating a report of theft issued overnight on Friday, 8\/12\/11.\u00a0A 2002 Ford Mustang, red in color, bearing PA registration HVB-1312 was stolen from the 600 block Lafayette Street. Pennsylvania State Police from the Avondale Barracks recovered the vehicle on Saturday, 8\/13\/11, in London Grove.\u00a0The investigation continues.<\/span><\/p>\n

UNDERAGE DRINKING<\/strong> \u2022 Kennett Square PD cited Jennifer Chaves Morales, 19, and a 17-year-old Female, both of Kennett Square, for underage drinking on Saturday, 8\/13\/11, at 2:32 AM in the 400 block of South Broad Street.\u00a0Chaves-Morales and the Juvenile were released to parents.<\/span><\/p>\n

DRINKING CHARGES<\/strong> \u2022 Kennett Square PD cited Juan Jimenez-Ramirez, 19, of Kennett Square, for public drunkenness and underage drinking on Friday, 8\/12\/11, at 8:59 PM in the 700 block of West Cypress Street. Jimenez-Ramirez was released at his residence.<\/span><\/p>\n

DUI<\/strong> \u2022 Kennett Square PD arrested Miguel Gomez, 55, of Kennett Square, allegedly for DUI on Friday,8\/5\/11, at 11:37 PM\u00a0in the 600 block of South Walnut Street. Gomez was released at his residence pending summons from District Court.<\/span><\/p>\n

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS<\/strong> \u2022 Kennett Square PD cited Dulcilio Rodriguez-Mercado, 65, of Kennett Square for public drunkenness on Wednesday, 8\/3\/11, at 4:21 PM in the 300 block of East South Street.
