The Resolution Revolution, \u00a0a free multi-week program for Y members,\u00a0 begins on Jan. 13.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The program will offer fitness plans to meet a variety of needs, as well as the support to stick with the program. Nutrition and wellness tips from Y experts will \u00a0also be provided, as well as prize incentives for staying the course.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"More...\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/chescotimes.com\/wp-includes\/js\/tinymce\/plugins\/wordpress\/img\/trans.gif\" \/>\u00a0\u201cAt the Y, we\u2019re committed to making a positive impact on the health and well-being of our neighbors,\u201d says Denise L. Day, president and CEO of the YMCA of the Brandywine Valley and YMCA of the Upper Main Line. \u201cThis fun wellness program will help motivate our members to take the first step to get healthier, be more active and live fuller lives.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Resolution Revolution program is free for members.
