Glasco<\/p><\/div>\n<p>A series of drug purchases last spring gave Kennett Square Police reason to seek a search warrant at a borough residence, where investigators found an infant in a bouncy seat surrounded dirty diapers, discarded hotdogs, \u00a0illegal narcotics and paraphernalia, court records said.<\/p>\n<p>The discovery led to the sentencing last week of the parents, both of whom negotiated plea agreements in Chester County Court, court records showed. The father, Charles H.
