He was charged with theft of a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of motor vehicle, DUI and related charges following a traffic stop on Aug. 20, in the 500 block of West Cypress Street.\u00a0 Rodriguez-Florian was video arraigned in District Court and unable to post $5000.00 cash bail, was remanded to Chester County Prison.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 DUI<\/strong> \u2014 Kennett Square Police say they arrested Samuel Ricardo-Hipolito, 41, of KennettSquare. He was charged with DUI following a traffic stop at South Walnut &amp; Birch Streets on Aug. 209:35pm.\u00a0 Ricardo-Hipolito was was released at his residence pending summons from District Court.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 DUI<\/strong> \u2014 Kennett Square Police say they arrested Courtney Taylor, 18 of Landenberg. Taylor was charged with DUI following a traffic stop in the 700 block of West State Street. Taylor was released to a friend pending summons from District Court. A passenger in the vehicle, Alicia McClure, 18, also of Landenberg, was cited for underage drinking.\u00a0 McClure was released to a friend.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Criminal Mischief<\/strong> \u2014 Kennett Square Police investigated a report of criminal mischief.\u00a0 Sometime overnight Aug. 20, graffiti was spray-painted on a building in the 600 block East South Street and 700 block Lafayette Street.\u00a0 That investigation continues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Burglary, Theft<\/strong> \u2014 Kennett Square Police have charged three men with an assortment of burglary-related offenses. Police said they arrested John Ellison, 38, and James Westerberg, 44, both of Wilmington, DE, and Robert Fitzgerald, 49,Chester. The three were charged with burglary, criminal conspiracy, theft, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and possessing instruments of crime on Aug. 22 at 2:27pm in the 400 block of West Mulberry Street.\u00a0 Ellison, Westerberg and Fitzgerald were video arraigned and unable to post $15,000.00 bail each, were remanded to Chester County Prison.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Police reports from the Kennett Square Police Department for the previous week: \u2022 DUI, Various Charges \u2014 The Kennett Square Police Department reported arresting Pablo Rodriguez-Florian, 29, of Kennett Square.
