{"id":11466,"date":"2014-03-28T09:51:17","date_gmt":"2014-03-28T13:51:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kennetttimes.com\/?p=11466"},"modified":"2014-03-28T11:55:37","modified_gmt":"2014-03-28T15:55:37","slug":"13-year-old-male-cited-for-curfew-violation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kennetttimes.com\/?p=11466","title":{"rendered":"13-year-old male cited for curfew violation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium;\">Kennett Square Police say he was on street at 4:05 a.m.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/kennetttimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Image-21.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-11467\" style=\"border: 2px solid black; margin: 4px;\" alt=\"Image 2\" src=\"http:\/\/kennetttimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Image-21-300x256.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"256\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kennetttimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Image-21-300x256.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kennetttimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Image-21.jpg 621w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Kennett Square Police said they cited a 13-year-old male for a curfew violation on Sunday, March 9, at\u00a0 4:05 a.m. in the 100 block of North Broad Street.\u00a0 The juvenile, who was not identified because of his age, was released at his residence, police said.<\/p>\n<p>A red and black Huffy bicycle was found on Sunday, March 9, at 10:50 a.m. in the 200 block of North Broad Street, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Kennett Square Police arrested Colin Forwood, 27, of Kennett Square, for simple assault and harassment for an incident that occurred on Sunday, March 9, at\u00a0 2:54 p.m. in the 300 block of Roney Street, police said.\u00a0 Forwood was released pending a summons from district court, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Kristin Palita, 31, of Kennett Square, received a citation on Tuesday, March 11, at 3:42 p.m. because her dog was running loose in the 400 block of Chestnut Street and attacked another dog, police said.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Kennett Square Police arrested John Preston, 54, of Cochranville, for driving under the influence on Tuesday, March 11, at 9:38 p.m. following a traffic stop at North Mill Road and Meadow Creek Lane, police said.\u00a0 Preston was released pending a summons from district court, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Earl Hampton, 55, Kennett Square, was detained for an outstanding warrant out of Caln Township on Wednesday, March 12, at 1:36 p.m. in the 700 block of Center Street, Kennett Square Police said, adding that \u00a0\u00a0Hampton was released to Caln Township Police.<\/p>\n<p>State troopers from the Avondale barracks who responded to an accident in the 500 block of Unionville Road in East Marlborough Township on Saturday, March 15, at 2:52 a.m. said they arrested Tamika R.
