The arrest stemmed from an incident that occurred on Tuesday, March 25, between 2:30 and 3 p.m. in the 100 block of North Broad Street, police said.\u00a0 The teen, who was referred to juvenile authorities, allegedly pushed and shoved two victims and used knives to threaten them, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Kennett Square Police said they arrested Earl Randolph, 55, of Kennett Square, for suspected drunken-driving following a traffic stop in the 600 block of Linden Circle on Sunday, March 23, at 12:58 a.m.\u00a0 Randolph was released at his residence pending a summons from district court, police said.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Kennett Square Police cited Abraham Flores-Velasquez, 25, of Kennett Square, for the borough ordinance prohibiting pets from running loose after Flores-Velasquez\u2019s unrestrained dog was barking, growling and showing its teeth in the 200 block of Ridge Avenue on Thursday, March 27, at 9 a.m., police said.<\/p>\n<p>Borough officers are investigating a burglary that reportedly occurred\u00a0\u00a0 sometime between 4:52 and 5:02 a.m. on Friday, March 28, at a business in the 200 block of East State Street, police said.
