Embrace some new, fresh fragrances to kick off the new season<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\"UTKellyColumn<\/a>Now that Spring has officially arrived, it is time to transition your closet, pack away the winter\u00a0boots and switch up your fragrance for warm weather. I know that for some women wearing the\u00a0same perfume year after year can make it a signature, which is lovely. However, it is nice to\u00a0make a change every now and again. No better time than the present to try something new.<\/p>\n

If you are like me, April symbolizes the start of the self tanning\u00a0season and I have yet to find a\u00a0formula that doesn\u2019t smell like sweat socks. Masking the stench with a refreshing spritz of\u00a0perfume is my secret. I have listed a Super Six selection of my current obsessions and they are\u00a0all available right down the road at my favorite makeup\u00a0boutique, Houppette\u00a0(http:\/\/houppette.com<\/a>\/)<\/p>\n

\"Spring<\/a>1. Leila Lou Love:<\/strong>\u00a0the convenience of the roller ball packaging and the scent is a blend of\u00a0pear, jasmine and fresh cut grass. Delightful.<\/p>\n

2. Laura Mercier Almond Coconut:<\/strong> Doesn\u2019t\u00a0the name sound like summer? With notes of\u00a0almond, coconut milk, jasmine and vanilla, you\u2019ll love it.<\/p>\n

3. Fresh Sugar Lemon:<\/strong> Always\u00a0have a bottle sitting on my vanity. It is the ultimate in clean\u00a0and refreshing. Perfect for hot days and steamy nights. Oh la la.<\/p>\n

4. Bond No. 9 NY Central Park West:<\/strong> Smells\u00a0like money\u2026which, in this case, is\u00a0narcissus, ylang ylang, gardenia, jasmine, linden, orris (? no idea), musk and white oak.\u00a0People will stop you to ask what you are wearing.<\/p>\n

5. Kai:<\/strong> This\u00a0perfume is the preference of celebs like Reese Witherspoon, Julia Roberts and\u00a0Naomi Watts (to name a few). The notes of gardenia, jasmine, tuberose and lily make it\u00a0an Oscar worthy scent.<\/p>\n

6. Creed Love in White:<\/strong> Described\u00a0as having top notes of orange zest from Southern\u00a0Spain (hello? that\u2019s all the explanation I need) with middle notes of a worldly blend of\u00a0blossoms, this sounds as romantic as it smells.<\/p>\n
