\u2022Public Drunkenness \u2014 <\/strong>Kennett Square PD cited David Zavala-Lopez, 29, of Kennett Square for Public Drunkenness on Thursday, 1\/5\/12 at 7:46 PM in the 200 block West South Street.\u00a0 Zavala-Lopez was released to a parent.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>Underage Drinking \u2014 <\/strong>The Kennett Square Police\u00a0 Department cited Teofanes Avila-Lopez, 18, and a 17-year-old male, both of Kennett Square, for Underage Drinking on Friday, 1\/6\/12 at 4:41 PM in the 200 block East Linden Street.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>DUI \u2014 <\/strong>Kennett Square Police arrested Gerardo Rivera-Solorio, 23 of Newark, DE and charged him with DUI following a traffic stop on Saturday, 1\/7\/12 at 4:14 PM in the 500 block South Union Street.\u00a0 Rivera-Solorio was released to a relative pending summons from District Court.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>DUI \u2014 <\/strong>Kennett Square Police arrested Felipe Moreno Aguilar, 26 of Kennett Square and charged him with DUI following an accident at West Cypress Street and Meredith Street on Saturday, 1\/7\/12 at 6:38 PM.\u00a0 Moreno Aguilar was released at his residence pending summons from District Court.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>Criminal Mischief \u2014 <\/strong>KPD is investigating a report of criminal mischief that occurred sometime overnight on Friday, 1\/6\/12. The passenger side front window was shattered and the A-post dented on a vehicle parked in the 500 block Center Street. The investigation continues.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>Criminal Mischief \u2014 <\/strong>Police are investigating a report of criminal mischief made sometime between 1:00 AM and 9:00 AM on Sunday, 1\/8\/12. During that time, six walkway lamps were smashed in the 800 block South Walnut Street. The investigation continues.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>DUI, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct \u2014 <\/strong>Kennett Square PD arrested Francisco Sanchez, aka David Garcia-Tapia, 33 of Kennett Square for DUI and traffic offenses following a traffic stop on Sunday, 1\/8\/12 at 10:52 PM in the 300 block Sycamore Alley.\u00a0 Sanchez was also charged with harassment and two counts of disorderly conduct for a prior incident that occurred in the 100 block South Union Street.\u00a0 Sanchez was arraigned by Kennett District Court Judge Maisano and unable to post $3,000 cash bail. He was transported to Chester County Prison.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>DUI \u2014 <\/strong>Kennett Square Police arrested Martin Cruz-Albarran, 40 of Kennett Square and charged him with DUI on Monday, 1\/9\/12 at 4:18 PM following the report of a vehicle hitting parked cars in the 200 block East State Street and the 200 block East Linden Street. Cruz-Albarran was released to family pending summons from District Court.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>Outstanding Warrant \u2014 <\/strong>Kennett Square PD detained Miguel Gonzalez-Ramos, 24 of Kennett Square for an outstanding bench warrant on Thursday, 1\/12\/12 at 4:17 PM at West South Street at Grant Way.\u00a0 Gonzalez Ramos was released to constables for transport to Chester County Prison.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>Assault, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct \u2014 <\/strong>Kennett Square Police arrested Ivan Calderon-Salazar, 30, and Remigio Calderon-Salazar, 29, both of Kennett Square for Assault, Harassment and Disorderly Conduct for an incident that occurred on Tuesday, 1\/10\/12 at 7:35 PM in the 400 block of South Walnut Street.\u00a0 I. Calderon-Salazar and R. \u00a0$2500 cash bail. They were released to constables for transport to Chester County Prison.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span>Robbery \u2014 <\/strong>Police are investigating a report of a robbery.\u00a0 At 8:10 PM on Sunday, 1\/15\/12, a subject, described as a white male, 18-20 years old, approximately 5’9″, thin build, wearing all black and a white ski mask, attempted to rob a business in the 500 block of South Union Street with a knife. The investigation continues.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span>DUI \u2014 <\/strong>Kennett Square PD arrested Jose Jimenez-Lopez, 28 of Kennett Square and charged him with DUI on Sunday, 1\/15\/12 at 11:10 PM in the 500 block West Cypress Street.\u00a0 Jimenez-Lopez was released at his residence pending summons from District Court.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
