Baker is now said to live in the Georgetown, DE area. His attorney has been notified of the bench warrants.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">&#8220;The defendant <\/span>should tum himself in immediately to address these warrants,&#8221; Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan said in a statement. &#8220;We <span class=\"s4\">will <\/span>not quit until we find him.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The West Chester Police Department, Chester County Fugitive Unit<span class=\"s1\">, <\/span>and other law enforcement agencies have been attempting to take Baker into custody.
