Tom Wolf signed an amended executive order moving the last 10 counties from red \u2014 or Stay At Home \u2014 status to Yellow, allowing limited business openings, a return to limited retail operations, and the start of outdoor dining at many area restaurants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Still, there remain a number of restrictions \u2014 people should still wear masks in public and observe social distancing.
