The Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) announced that Jennifer Chicosky, marketing and community engagement manager, was recently presented with the Changemaker in Holistic Student Support award at the Salesforce Education Summit 2025 in Chicago, Illinois.<\/p><\/div>\n

The Salesforce Education Summit, held annually, brings together leaders in education from across the country to share best practices and innovative solutions in educational technology and student support. The Changemaker in Holistic Student Support award honors those who advocate for the whole student and who effectively leverage Salesforce to provide end-to-end support. Of four finalists, Chicosky was selected as the recipient for this year\u2019s award.<\/div>\n

“We are incredibly proud of Jen\u2019s achievement and her innovative approach to student support,” said Dr. George F. Fiore, executive director of the CCIU. “Her implementation of Salesforce technology reinforces the CCIU\u2019s commitment to become more data-driven to enhance student outcomes, and it has transformed how we connect with students and families across Chester County.\u201d<\/div>\n

Chicosky was recognized for her outstanding contributions in leading the implementation of Salesforce for the CCIU. Her innovative application of Salesforce solutions has created a more cohesive support network. From applications to referrals and other documentation, her efforts have helped to streamline communication between educators, administrators, and families.<\/div>\n

“I’m honored to receive the Changemaker in Holistic Student Support award,” said Chicosky. “This recognition highlights the CCIU\u2019s dedication to comprehensive student support. Using the Salesforce platform has allowed us to connect with students, families, and school partners to better address our students’ diverse needs.\u201d<\/div>\n
