A web-based training module and classroom trainings are offered to assist with certification. Volunteer tax assistors prepare all tax returns and also provide educational information about deductions, such as the earned income tax credit, said a press release from the agency.<\/p>\n<p>Volunteers are also needed to organize tax sites, as well as market and promote the tax program and sites.
