Gonzalez, who was arraigned Tuesday, faces charges that include indecent assault and corruption of a minor, state police said. Gonzalez was taken to Chester County Prison after he failed to post the $20,000 cash bail imposed by Magisterial District Judge John R. Bailey.<\/p>\n<p>A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Daniel J.
