Rumford\u2019s \u00a023-year-old daughter, Kacie Erin Rumford, died in March, and since then, he and a group of supporters have been holding town hall meetings and disseminating literature \u00a0in an effort to prevent similar tragedies.<\/p>\n<p>The support group will begin on Thursday, Nov. 7. It will convene weekly from 7 to 9 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 415 W.
