Lardani is dominant in 4 TD effort

KENNETT SQUARE — The red-hot Kennett High School football team continued its winning ways Friday, smashing West Chester East, 40-13, and running its record to 2-0.

Senior running back Jordan Lardani ran for more than 300 yards and scored four touchdowns leading the Blue Demons — and put Kennett on the scoreboard with an impressive 89-yard run. The senior now has nearly 500 yards rushing in just two games — and has emerged as one of the top running threats in the county.

Although the contest looked to be close early, as the Blue Demons and Vikings traded TD scores in the opening quarter, Kennett reeled off 33 unanswered points to put the game away.

Yeah, of course. As is the graphic next to it wasn’t clear enough….I guess I’ve covered too many Avon Grove games (they’re the Red Devils)…but thanks for pointing it out so I could fix it…
I’d love to hear how Kennett became the Blue Demons while neighboring Avon Grove became the Red Devils…there must be a story in that.
