Police: Borough teen cited for possessing drugs, alcohol
On Saturday, Nov. 9 at 12:46 p.m. in the 500 block of Center Street, Kennett Square Police said Brayan U. Torres, 19, of Kennett Square, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, possession of an alcoholic beverage, and underage drinking.
